Here are a few important things that you must know before switching on the new Field Service Dynamics 365 App -

Your Dynamics 365 Field Service solution needs to be on version v8.8.22. To check the current version of your system, you can log in to the Power Apps and click on the ‘Dynamics 365 apps’ icon.

Check out the security roles of the Field Service Automation Dynamics 365 app, and make sure your user has access to all those roles.

Once you have added the roles, you can schedule a work order of the resource that is available. He/she must have all the required skills to accomplish the assigned project.
Doing so will get you all details about the latest version of the software.
To check the security roles of the app, click on the gear icon, and go to the advanced settings option. Here, you can go to the My Apps section and click on the 3 dots given on the top right side of the app tile.
There, you will see a ‘manage roles’ option. This option enables users to add or remove the roles. You can add roles here.
